ERIKA TRIBBLE, MBA 

Erika Tribble is a seasoned marketing professional and entrepreneur with an Executive MBA in Marketing from Howard University and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Florida State University. She spent eight years in New York, splitting her time at Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy, honing her skills with iconic brands across multiple verticals, including:

  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSR): Wendy’s

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG): Procter & Gamble, General Mills

  • Technology: IBM

  • Retail and Home Goods: IKEA

  • Consumer Goods: Unilever

  • Financial Services: Visa

 

After relocating to Atlanta, GA, Erika continued to bring her expertise to top consulting agencies including VML and Fitzco, contributing to campaigns across:

  • Military and Defense: US Marine Corps

  • Automotive: Pennzoil

  • Food and Beverage: McCormick, Coca-Cola

  • Retail: Build-A-Bear

  • Energy: Scana Energy, Georgia Power

 

The increasing demand for multi-platform marketing content strengthened Erika’s ability to deliver versatile, high-impact work across radio, print, TV, web, and social channels. At Fitzco, she spearheaded national activations like French’s Mustard Beer & Ice Cream, generating millions in earned media and a 300% increase in brand mentions across national outlets.

Following the pandemic, Erika joined SPCSHP New York, where she led social content marketing for Starbucks, managing 30+ campaigns that expanded reach to over 10M consumers and increased click-through by 18%. She also launched Paze, a new FinTech brand from the makers of Zelle, through a 360° campaign that accelerated new account sign-ups by 22% in its first quarter. Additionally, her work with Chase Bank contributed to measurable gains in customer adoption and brand loyalty.

Her leadership and commitment to business growth have been recognized through several prestigious fellowships. She was awarded a fellowship with Marsh McLennan RISE, recognizing her as a strategic thinker advancing inclusive business practices. She is one of ten recipients of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund Fellowship, which honors high-achieving graduate students from HBCUs with C-Suite potential. Erika was also selected as a Disney Mentee in the Disney on the Yard program, building a strong HBCU alumni network at The Walt Disney Company.

Through these programs, Erika has gained expertise in risk management, business strategy, leadership development, and executive coaching, all of which complement her marketing expertise. Beyond her professional achievements, Erika is passionate about community impact. Since 2018, she has volunteered at the Amazing Shake Competition at Ron Clark Academy, mentoring students in communication and leadership. She also serves at the Georgia Aquarium, educating visitors about aquatic wildlife at the largest aquarium in the United States.

Erika is currently leveraging her expertise as a Client Director with Genero, where she leads marketing and content campaigns for Fanatics, Amazon, and Michaels. At Genero, she has improved cross-market collaboration efficiency by 25%, boosted campaign ROI by 15%, and delivered branded content that increased social impressions by 30%. She remains open to new opportunities—freelance or full-time—where her marketing and leadership skills can drive measurable growth and innovation.
